Before the conversation

Explain that Member-Led Agenda is a review idea, not a decision already made.
Tell people why you are asking, whether they can opt out and how notes will be handled.
Do not ask anyone to share private information to prove they need support.

What happens now? Who does it work well for?
Where do people get stuck, left out or confused?
What small improvement could we try in the next 90 days?
What could go wrong or create extra work?
What would help us decide what to do next?
