What should we notice early?

Talk through anything that could make this idea unsafe, unfair, too difficult or different from what the club promised.

Things to deal with before they become problems
What might happen	How much could it matter?	What would make it safer or fairer?	When should we stop and ask for help?	Who will keep an eye on it?	Checked?
The idea does not fit locally		Ask the people it is for and note what happens now
Too much work for volunteers		Start small, set limits and name a backup
Personal information or permission is mishandled		Collect less information, explain choices and delete it on time
Someone is left out		Check barriers and offer another way to take part
Someone could be harmed		Complete the right checks and know who to contact
A fact, public claim or Rotary mark is wrong		Check the facts, permissions and who can approve it

Who needs to say yes?

The activity, spending, safety arrangements and public messages may need approval from different people.

Write down who can approve each part, any conditions they set and when the club will check again
