Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

New members receiving the current pack and a personal handover within seven days of induction.
New members able to locate a named contact, the next suitable activity, full participation costs and an access route without assistance at the 30-day check-in.
Members completing their own agreed first step within 30 days, whether or not they use the journal.
Number of stale links, contacts or dates found at each quarterly content review.
