Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

After 90 days, review Rotary Pathways Workshop. Look for suitable matches, regular check-ins and progress against goals chosen by the participating member.
Pathways shown in the workshop that have a current contact, accurate commitment information and a confirmed first step.
Participants who leave with a self-chosen experiment or an explicit no-action-now decision rather than an assigned role.
Agreed introductions completed within two weeks, including any adjustment needed for the member to take part.
Pathway map changes made after participants identify a missing, inaccurate or inaccessible option.
