Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

After 90 days, review Skills Exchange Evenings. Look for suitable matches, regular check-ins and progress against goals chosen by the participating member.
Approved sessions that state a practical learning outcome, boundary and safe next step before the event.
Participants who report trying or applying one skill, not merely enjoying the evening.
Contributors and participants who felt able to pass, ask questions and take part without sales pressure or public ranking.
Project or role follow-ups that name a real need, owner and approval route rather than a vague idea.
