Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

After 90 days, review Career Path Conversations. Look for suitable matches, regular check-ins and progress against goals chosen by the participating member.
Requests matched, referred or closed with the participant informed, rather than left waiting or informally circulated.
Matches accepted voluntarily by both people after conflicts and conversation limits are disclosed.
Participants who report a clearer question, a verified option or a self-chosen next step after 30 days.
Matching records removed on schedule, with no unconsented referral, recruitment use or commercial follow-up reported.
