Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

Requests for scheduling or participation adjustments resolved without unnecessary disclosure or adverse treatment.
Missed dates, inaccurate entries or participation barriers reported and incorporated into the next planning cycle.
