Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

	After 90 days, review Member-Led Micro-Projects. Look for roles being filled by choice, responsibilities being understood and useful work being completed without avoidable overload.
	Proposals receiving a timely approve, reshape, redirect or decline decision against published criteria.
	Approved projects completing the promised bounded result with partner or internal-owner acceptance.
	Volunteer workload, expenses, safety, access, safeguarding, privacy and communications issues closed at the end of each project.
	Members reporting useful ownership and support, including when a proposal was redirected or declined.
