Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

	After 90 days, review Member Contribution Tracker. Look for roles being filled by choice, responsibilities being understood and useful work being completed without avoidable overload.
	Tracker fields demonstrably linked to workload, support, delivery or closeout decisions.
	Support signals receiving a private response within the agreed period.
	Overloaded work shared, reduced, paused or handed over rather than remaining with the same members.
	Closed personal records deleted on schedule and no public ranking or unrelated reuse detected.
