Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

	After 90 days, review Volunteer Opportunities Board. Look for roles being filled by choice, responsibilities being understood and useful work being completed without avoidable overload.
	Published opportunities meeting every required information and approval field.
	Listings reviewed by their due date and stale or unsafe items removed promptly.
	Enquiries acknowledged, discussed and closed within the published response period.
	Role gaps leading to redesign, sharing, deferral or retirement rather than repeated pressure on members.
