Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

	Participants and affected team members reporting clear authority, useful support and respectful feedback.
	All temporary access, records and delegations closed at the end, with no automatic appointment implied.
