A simple way to start
- Ask intended participants which club-experience question is worth discussing and whether peer conversation, club listening or a qualified general-information speaker is appropriate. Who could lead it: Forum lead and participant reference group
- Approve the advice, privacy, child-presence, safeguarding, access, complaint, facilitation and leadership-response boundaries. Who could lead it: Club board sponsor
- Invite people with accurate conditions and optional anonymous questions, making clear that no personal family explanation is required. Who could lead it: Communications and access leads
- Open with the boundary and choice agreement, use small-group or anonymous routes and keep the conversation on club conditions and shared learning. Who could lead it: Facilitator
- Test proposed club changes for feasibility and inclusion and separate matters needing a private club, safeguarding or qualified pathway. Who could lead it: Facilitator and club sponsor
What should we look for?
