Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

	After 90 days, review Celebration Calendar. Look for a wider range of contributions being recognised, with consent, and for recipients reporting that the recognition felt appropriate.
	Every included date carrying a reliable source, local reason, authority and review date.
	Acknowledgements leading to useful learning, service or relationship actions rather than token content.
	Members able to participate or decline without identity disclosure or consequence.
	Outdated, duplicative or unsupported dates corrected or removed at review.
