Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

	Written entity, jurisdiction, fundraising, banking, receipt, tax and Rotary approvals completed before solicitation or money handling.
	Every considered project carrying partner authority, full budget, safeguards, evidence, risks, conflicts and contingency.
	Participants able to attend, advise, decline or donate nothing without ranking, repeated contact or loss of access.
	All funds reconciled through the authorised entity and decisions, progress, changes and unused-fund treatment reported on schedule.
