Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

After 90 days, review Club Legacy Timeline. Look for members being able to describe the club's shared character and for agreed behaviours appearing consistently in meetings, service and decisions.
Every published entry has a source, evidence label, permission status, context, consequence or lesson and named relevance to a current responsibility or future decision.
Original records retain their provenance and custody, while access copies, metadata, version history and preservation risks are documented.
Corrections, disagreements and changed permissions are recorded and resolved or visibly qualified within the published service standard.
Annual leadership handover uses the timeline and assigns every still-open commitment, relationship or records action to a current owner.
