Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

What will we look for?

	After 90 days, review Transparent Board Digest. Look for representative participation, published themes, named actions and a report back on what changed, what did not and why.
	Every digest item can be traced to an authorised decision, noting or action record and is labelled accurately as decided, under consideration, referred or completed.
	Every action has an owner, due date and progress or closure status that appears in a later digest until resolved.
	The digest is issued on time in accessible member formats and questions and corrections receive an accountable response.
	Unsupported claims, leaked confidential information, misleading substitutions for formal minutes and unresolved material corrections remain at zero.
