Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

After 90 days, review Meeting Feedback Cards. Look for representative participation, published themes, named actions and a report back on what changed, what did not and why.
The pulse remains short enough to complete in about two minutes and is available through at least two equivalent access routes.
A de-identified response and one owned improvement test are communicated before the next meeting after every collection.
Changes are reviewed across several meetings using patterns and barriers, not a single average or one strong comment.
Lost cards, unauthorised access, identifiable publication, survey fatigue complaints and untransferred formal matters remain at zero.
