Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

	After 90 days, review Rotary Listening Circles. Look for representative participation, published themes, named actions and a report back on what changed, what did not and why.
	Participation routes reach the experiences identified in the brief, and gaps, refusals or safer alternatives are recorded without penalising anyone.
	Every circle follows the approved ground rules, no-recording default, equal-participation method, support process and protected-matter referral protocol.
	The validated summary retains convergent, divergent and minority themes and receives a reasoned board response within the promised time.
	Coerced disclosure, harmful conduct left unaddressed, misleading confidentiality, lost referrals, unauthorised quotations and identifying publication remain at zero.
