Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

	After 90 days, review New Leader Check-In Meetings. Look for agreed priorities, regular support, timely decisions and a first-time leader who can explain where to seek help.
	New Leader Check-In Meetings produces a dated findings summary that separates facts, experience, assumptions and unanswered questions by the promised decision date, with evidence limitations, participation gaps and unintended effects stated.
	People affected can explain the purpose, their choices, the boundary and how to raise an access, privacy, safety or governance concern.
