A simple way to start
- Ask alumni what connections or help would make attendance worthwhile. Who could lead it: Event curator
- Build a facilitated agenda around offers, asks and small-topic tables. Who could lead it: Lead facilitator
- Invite through program-authorised channels with clear cost and access information. Who could lead it: Alumni communications lead
- Host consent-aware introductions and protect attendees from solicitation. Who could lead it: Table hosts
- Send opted-in matches and close event-only data on schedule. Who could lead it: Follow-up lead
