Alumni Speaker Series

Shares candid alumni expertise and lived experience in a curated series that serves community learning, not personal promotion or polished Rotary nostalgia.

What could this idea change?

Communities access trusted expertise and see diverse pathways from Rotary experiences into real-world impact.

A simple way to start

  1. Select a six-month topic arc from community questions and partner needs. Who could lead it: Series editor
  2. Recruit a diverse speaker slate and issue a standard evidence and conduct brief. Who could lead it: Speaker coordinator
  3. Prepare each session with moderated questions and accessible materials. Who could lead it: Host and speaker
  4. Deliver live or hybrid with a clear disclaimer and referral route where needed. Who could lead it: Producer
  5. Publish consented highlights and test which topics lead to useful action. Who could lead it: Content lead

What should we look for?

  • Audience attendance and completion by topic.

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
