Matches alumni around a specific goal in a time-bounded, mutual-learning relationship with privacy, conflicts and expectations set before contact details are exchanged.

A simple way to start
- Collect goal, availability and boundary preferences using minimum fields. Who could lead it: Mentoring coordinator
- Screen for conflicts and propose—not impose—a match. Who could lead it: Matching panel
- Run a joint orientation and one-page mentoring agreement. Who could lead it: Program facilitator
- Support a defined session cycle with private pulse checks. Who could lead it: Mentor and mentee
- Close formally, evaluate the goal and offer rematching only by request. Who could lead it: Mentoring coordinator
