A simple way to start
- Publish criteria covering ethics, people, environment and verified community value. Who could lead it: Awards governance chair
- Open nominations widely and separate commercial sponsorship from administration. Who could lead it: Awards manager
- Verify eligibility and material claims without seeking unnecessary confidential data. Who could lead it: Due-diligence lead
- Score independently, moderate declared conflicts and document reasons. Who could lead it: Panel chair
- Notify privately, obtain publicity consent and present evidence-based citations. Who could lead it: Communications lead
