Industry Leadership Panels

Compares how leaders from one or more industries are responding to a defined workforce or community challenge, with claims tested and commitments captured.

What could this idea change?

Audiences hear competing approaches and gain practical benchmarks rather than a sequence of corporate presentations.

A simple way to start

  1. Define the comparison dimensions and evidence expected from each panelist. Who could lead it: Panel editor
  2. Recruit complementary voices and disclose missing perspectives. Who could lead it: Speaker lead
  3. Pre-interview panelists and challenge unsupported claims before the event. Who could lead it: Moderator
  4. Run timed comparisons, audience questions and a commitment close. Who could lead it: Moderator
  5. Publish a checked comparison note and follow up stated commitments. Who could lead it: Editorial lead

What should we look for?

  • Comparison dimensions answered with evidence.

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
