Library Rotary Information Displays
Use the Library Display mode within Pop-Up Rotary Displays to achieve the parent pathway's purpose without setting it up as a separate pathway.
What could this idea change?
A concise, readable account of a local need, Rotary and partner contribution, verified result and current opportunity, available at the visitor's own pace.
A simple way to start
- Confirm the host, visitor context, display duration, physical limits and one public action. Who could lead it: Display Owner
- Build the short evidence-led narrative and clear every claim, image, credit and linked destination. Who could lead it: Content and Rights Reviewer
- Design to actual dimensions and viewing conditions, then test print, digital companion and QR fallback. Who could lead it: Production Lead
- Install under the approved method, photograph condition and placement, and test the response route from the venue. Who could lead it: Installation Lead
- Inspect content, condition, access and destinations on schedule; correct or take down any defective element. Who could lead it: Display Owner
What should we look for?
- Display days delivered and scheduled inspections completed
Before we say yes
- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
