Use the Multi-Party Partnership Discovery Breakfast mode within Local Partnership Discovery and Development to achieve the parent pathway's purpose without setting it up as a separate pathway.

Appropriate capability, reach or resources are combined around a defined outcome without overstating endorsement, hiding exchange or shifting uncontrolled risk.
A simple way to start
- Define the community outcome, required capability and evidence-based partner-selection rationale. Who could lead it: Partnership Owner
- Make an authorised first approach and hold a discovery conversation about value, constraints, authority and non-goals. Who could lead it: Relationship Lead
- Assess fit and due diligence; close unsuitable opportunities with reasons before drafting commitments. Who could lead it: Governance Reviewer
- Co-scope a bounded pilot or proposal, identifying money, in-kind value, data, marks, IP, people, risk, measures and exit. Who could lead it: Proposal Lead
- Deliver only after authorised approval, recording commitments, changes, evidence and exceptions by owner and date. Who could lead it: Delivery Owners
