A simple way to start
- Define the question, authority boundary and participant mix with relevant community stakeholders. Who could lead it: Forum Sponsor
- Prepare neutral prompts, evidence sources, access support and moderation examples. Who could lead it: Lead Facilitator
- Configure privacy, security, user roles, consent, retention and incident settings and run a simulation. Who could lead it: Platform and Safety Lead
- Open the forum in stages, moderate consistently and invite missing perspectives through trusted channels. Who could lead it: Moderation Team
- Publish a neutral synthesis separating evidence, perspectives, options, actions and unresolved questions. Who could lead it: Synthesis Lead
