Major local priorities receive coordinated multi-year attention while residents can see who decides, contributes and reports.
A simple way to start
- Confirm priority outcomes and non-negotiable community principles. Who could lead it: Community governance group
- Secure authorised anchor members and disclose interests and constraints. Who could lead it: Alliance sponsor
- Adopt portfolio, investment and accountability rules. Who could lead it: Alliance council
- Commission workstreams with outcome owners and public milestones. Who could lead it: Backbone team
- Conduct annual independent value, equity and governance review. Who could lead it: Assurance reviewer
