	After 90 days, review Project-Only Participation Option. Look for members choosing workable options, contributing at a sustainable level and remaining connected on terms that suit them.
	Project-Only Participation Option produces a participant agreement, task brief and conversion or closure choice by the promised decision date, with evidence limitations and any participation gaps stated.
	Participants can explain the option, expectations, costs, rights, support and route back to another participation mode.
	Contribution and voice are recorded consistently without attendance-only assumptions or a lower-status label.
	Access failures, hidden workload transfer, governance gaps and unsafe remote or event work are identified and corrected during the pilot.
