Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

After 90 days, review Rotary Skills Mentoring Board. Look for suitable matches, regular check-ins and progress against goals chosen by the participating member.
Listings with current, specific consent, a clear category and an automatic review or expiry date.
Requests that receive a private fit check and a mutually accepted introduction rather than an unsolicited contact.
Completed exchanges where the learner can name or demonstrate the practical capability gained.
Expired, withdrawn, out-of-scope or unsafe listings removed within the agreed service standard.
