A simple way to start
- Approve the no-expectation purpose, eligible cohort, contact and exclusion rules, event conditions, host boundaries and follow-up menu. Who could lead it: Event lead and club board sponsor
- Ask a small authorised former-member advisory group what would make the gathering comfortable, useful and free from membership pressure, and adjust the design. Who could lead it: Former-member liaison

What should we look for?
