Current partner-approved projects with a named role, purpose, commitment, location, access conditions, screening, supervision, costs, risks and enquiry contact.
Former members who want occasional service and can choose each project separately without attendance, dues, membership or future-participation expectations.
A club with one coordinator, current opportunity register, secure minimum-data process and consistent induction and incident support.
Before you start
A board-approved project-only participation charter defining eligibility, non-membership status, available roles, reserved activities, conduct, privacy, complaints, incidents and review.
A current opportunity register containing only partner-approved roles with accurate commitment, access, screening, safety, cost, support, expiry and contact information.
A project-by-project expression-of-interest and clearance process collecting only necessary information and separating media, later-contact and membership choices.
