Keep it simple

Do not count activity just for the sake of it. Note where things stand now and collect only what will help the club decide whether to change the idea, continue it or stop.

	After 90 days, review Quarterly Club Forum. Look for representative participation, published themes, named actions and a report back on what changed, what did not and why.
	Every forum names its questions, decision status, participation influence, out-of-scope matters and board response date before registration or attendance.
	The findings brief incorporates live, written and non-attendee input and records minority views and evidence gaps rather than only majority sentiment.
	Every board response links a finding to a decision, action, referral or explained non-action with an owner and date.
	Unmanaged private disclosures, accessibility failures, misleading votes and overdue response commitments remain at zero.
