Rotaract Alumni Network
Reconnects former Rotaractors around peer relationships, service and leadership opportunities without treating them as an automatic Rotary recruitment list.
What could this idea change?
Experienced young leaders stay connected to local service and can transfer knowledge across generations of Rotaract.
A simple way to start
- Ask a small alumni group what continuing value is missing. Who could lead it: Alumni convenor
- Clean legacy records and issue a one-time permission renewal from an authorised account. Who could lead it: Privacy and data lead
- Launch a simple directory-free network with service, learning and social options. Who could lead it: Alumni advisory group
- Invite current Rotaract leaders to propose bounded collaborations. Who could lead it: Rotaract liaison
- Review participation and retire channels that create noise without value. Who could lead it: Network convenor
What should we look for?
- Former Rotaractors renewing permission.
Before we say yes
- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
