A simple way to start
- Define two or three alumni benefits with recent participants. Who could lead it: RYLA alumni lead
- Segment and permission-check historical records before contact. Who could lead it: Program data owner
- Host an alumni-designed reconnection session focused on current goals. Who could lead it: Alumni host team
- Offer bounded project, facilitation and peer-mentor roles with training. Who could lead it: Program director
- Track chosen next steps and invite alumni to shape the next cycle. Who could lead it: Evaluation lead
