A simple way to start
- Map scholarship cohorts, jurisdictions and lawful contact authorities. Who could lead it: Scholarship alumni lead
- Consult a diverse alumni sample on desired benefits and boundaries. Who could lead it: Alumni advisory group
- Issue a permission-renewal invitation that does not disclose recipient status to others. Who could lead it: Program administrator
- Launch expert exchange, peer support and service options by preference. Who could lead it: Engagement coordinator
- Review value, privacy and representation annually with alumni. Who could lead it: Program sponsor
