A simple way to start
- Build a quarterly pipeline of partner-validated assignments. Who could lead it: Volunteer program lead
- Publish accurate role cards and recruit by stated skills and access needs. Who could lead it: Alumni coordinator
- Select fairly, complete checks and give task-specific induction. Who could lead it: Partner supervisor
- Support delivery with a named contact and change-control route. Who could lead it: Assignment owner
- Accept the output, recognise contribution and close access promptly. Who could lead it: Program lead
What should we look for?
- Assignments filled and completed to acceptance criteria.

- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
