A simple way to start
- Consult alumni on format, timing and barriers to attendance. Who could lead it: Fellowship host
- Select an accessible venue with inclusive food and alcohol-free options. Who could lead it: Event lead
- Invite by permission and brief club hosts on low-pressure welcoming. Who could lead it: Alumni coordinator
- Use optional conversation prompts and introductions, leaving room for unstructured connection. Who could lead it: Table hosts
- Offer chosen next steps and evaluate whether the format felt genuinely inclusive. Who could lead it: Follow-up lead
