Alumni Community Leadership Workshops
Uses alumni and community expertise to strengthen practical leadership on live local projects, with each workshop producing a decision or tool participants can apply.

Local initiatives gain stronger governance, collaboration and delivery capability rather than one-off inspiration.
A simple way to start
- Interview prospective participants to identify the decisions they need to make. Who could lead it: Learning lead
- Build a short sequence on governance, collaboration and execution around real cases. Who could lead it: Curriculum team
- Train alumni facilitators in adult learning and inclusive participation. Who could lead it: Lead educator
- Deliver workshops with practice tasks and peer feedback. Who could lead it: Facilitators
- Review applied changes and revise the next session from evidence. Who could lead it: Evaluation lead

- Participants completing the sequence.

- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
