Reunites alumni through one well-scoped service day that is partner-led, safely delivered and followed by options matching different levels of commitment.
What could this idea change?
A visible local task is completed and alumni experience Rotary connection through action rather than presentations.
A simple way to start
- Validate the task, output and handover standard with the partner. Who could lead it: Service-day lead
- Publish role choices, access details and what participants should bring. Who could lead it: Volunteer coordinator
- Allocate supervisors, complete inductions and stage materials. Who could lead it: Safety lead
- Deliver in managed teams with welfare checks and progress control. Who could lead it: Team leaders
- Complete partner acceptance, clean-up and volunteer recognition. Who could lead it: Project lead
What should we look for?
- Partner output completed and accepted.

- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
