Alumni Engagement Campaign

Runs a time-bounded, permission-led reconnection campaign that segments alumni by desired value and closes stale data instead of repeatedly broadcasting generic asks.

What could this idea change?

More alumni can access useful networks and service pathways while the organisation improves data quality and trust.

A simple way to start

  1. Audit records and quarantine any list lacking authority or provenance. Who could lead it: Campaign data lead
  2. Co-design value propositions with alumni from each priority cohort. Who could lead it: Alumni advisory group
  3. Send a limited permission-renewal sequence from recognised program identities. Who could lead it: Authorised program owners
  4. Route respondents to their selected network, event or service pathway. Who could lead it: Engagement team
  5. Close non-responders and publish an aggregate campaign accountability report. Who could lead it: Privacy lead

What should we look for?

  • Records verified, quarantined or closed.

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
