- Open applications through multiple local networks and assess consistently. Who could lead it: Exhibitor panel
- Approve floor plan, demonstrations and safety documentation. Who could lead it: Operations lead
- Run the event with clear wayfinding, feedback and complaint channels. Who could lead it: Event team
- Share consented leads, reconcile fees and report community outcomes. Who could lead it: Commercial controller
