A simple way to start

  1. Define the community purpose and transparent exhibitor criteria. Who could lead it: Showcase director
  2. Open applications through multiple local networks and assess consistently. Who could lead it: Exhibitor panel
  3. Approve floor plan, demonstrations and safety documentation. Who could lead it: Operations lead
  4. Run the event with clear wayfinding, feedback and complaint channels. Who could lead it: Event team
  5. Share consented leads, reconcile fees and report community outcomes. Who could lead it: Commercial controller
