What could this idea change?

Local people access current expertise and translate it into better work, governance and community outcomes.

A simple way to start

  2. Commission speakers against a written learning and evidence brief. Who could lead it: Speaker coordinator
  3. Review claims, conflicts, accessibility and reuse rights. Who could lead it: Editorial reviewer
  4. Deliver with moderated questions and one application exercise. Who could lead it: Session host
  5. Issue sources and test learning application after each session. Who could lead it: Evaluation lead

What should we look for?

  • Sessions delivered to editorial standard.

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
