A simple way to start

  1. Interview participants and define two or three observable practices. Who could lead it: Learning designer
  2. Build scenarios around local small-business realities and community impact. Who could lead it: Facilitation team
  3. Review content for evidence, access and regulated-advice boundaries. Who could lead it: Quality reviewer
  4. Deliver practice sessions with peer feedback and action commitments. Who could lead it: Lead facilitator
  5. Run an application clinic and assess changes after 30 days. Who could lead it: Evaluation lead

  • Participants completing the learning cycle.

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
