- Collect and refine community skill needs into realistic micro-briefs. Who could lead it: Community capability lead
- Invite professionals by skill gap, including trades and non-corporate expertise. Who could lead it: Skills curator
- Run timed exchanges to test fit, scope and mutual expectations. Who could lead it: Table hosts
- Confirm only mutually accepted micro-assignments in writing. Who could lead it: Assignment coordinator
- Accept outputs, close access and recognise both parties. Who could lead it: Community organisation owner
