Uses a focused breakfast to build working relationships among civic leaders around one community question, replacing ceremonial networking with a concise evidence briefing, structured exchange and named follow-through.

Community priorities gain direct, cross-sector attention and practical connections without creating an exclusive decision forum behind closed doors.
A simple way to start
- Define the civic question and the specific connection or coordination gap the breakfast should address. Who could lead it: Breakfast Convenor
- Invite a balanced, role-relevant group and disclose why each sector is represented. Who could lead it: Stakeholder Liaison
- Prepare the evidence brief, structured table questions and accessible participation arrangements. Who could lead it: Briefing and Access Lead
- Facilitate concise contributions, declare interests and capture offers without implying agreement. Who could lead it: Independent Chair
- Confirm consented introductions and publish the agreed public note and action owners. Who could lead it: Relationship Steward
