Creates a governed cross-sector network that shares signals, referrals and collaboration opportunities while preserving member authority, conflicts, privacy and accountability for each joint action.
What could this idea change?
Organisations can find the right counterpart faster, reduce duplication and coordinate on genuine gaps without creating another unaccountable umbrella body.
A simple way to start
- Map existing networks and confirm the unresolved coordination need with prospective members. Who could lead it: Network Design Lead
- Co-draft the charter and decide what authority the network explicitly does not hold. Who could lead it: Founding Members
- Establish representative membership, conflict declarations, information rules and accessible meeting methods. Who could lead it: Network Secretariat
- Run a pilot cycle focused on verified referrals, shared signals and one bounded collaboration. Who could lead it: Independent Convenor
- Review value, duplication, conflicts, participation equity and continuation before formalising the network. Who could lead it: Governance Review Group
