A simple way to start
- Choose one narrative question and divide it into concise episodes with distinct audience value. Who could lead it: Series Editor
- Capture media using safe shot lists and confirm participant boundaries at the point of recording. Who could lead it: Field Producer
- Add readable text, human-reviewed captions, descriptions, source context and a stable action link. Who could lead it: Accessibility Editor
- Publish at the approved cadence and moderate replies, mentions and resharing risks. Who could lead it: Instagram Manager
- Save only approved highlights, export records and retire frames when facts or consent expire. Who could lead it: Digital Archivist
