A simple way to start
- Define subscriber segments, issue promise, cadence and the reason each section deserves inbox space. Who could lead it: Newsletter Editor
- Clean the list and run a re-permission campaign where source or consent is unclear. Who could lead it: Privacy and List Steward
- Produce concise stories and actions with plain-language links, alt text and accessible reading order. Who could lead it: Content Team
